Due to this the Chief Judicial Magistrate in India instructed authorities to lodge an FIR against her. Women's Wing of BJP lodged a complaint against her with a cause of doing cheap gimmick for publicity.She later on cited the reason for not posing nude was that the Board of Control of Cricket did not give her permission to do so.
During an interview she mentioned that the stripping comment worked like a charm for her career as she shot to fame in just a day's time.
